The house is situated in a residential area and very quiet at the foot of Monte Circeo, less than 2 km from the beach "promenade Sabaudia" and "promenade Circe", easily accessible by bicycle (included in price).
Very convenient is the shopping center "Mezzomonte", 300 meters (walking distance) with shops, tobacconists, newsagents, bars, supermarket, butcher, bakery and more.
